 'Boundaries' as in 'pushing your boundaries', meaning 'go further than
  you are comfortable'. That is not always as easy to do as say, but is
  often rewarding. One alternative is: Boundaries (borders) in the lite
 ral sense, such as in the example shown above, the boundary between th
 e inside and outside of my house, on which I placed a peel-and-stick a
 rrow I found somewhere. As always, use your imagination, which of cour
 se has boundaries that can be pushed.\r\nNote also that 'boundaries' a
