Normally, when you terminate a session with the photo club site without doing sign-out, you are still signed in the next time you open your browser and access the site. However, several members have encountered problem with this. Every time they close the browser, the next time they open it and access the site, they have to sign in. I thought it maybe had to do with the individual browser setting. There is a setting that force the browser to delete all so called cookies when you close the browser. If you have such settings, you have to sign in again every time you start a new session.

Seems like this is not the case. The problem suddenly appeared some time ago, and before that it worked as it should.

As far as I know, the problem is an exception, just hitting a few of our members. I have contacted the Ning support about this. They have made several modifications on the server software, and the problem is maybe due to some software bug. People on other Ning Networks have also encountered it, although it seems to be rare cases.

Sorry I cannot help you with this. But if the Ning support address the problem, it may be solved.
